Hey Everyone!

So, I honestly do not even know where to start from, but all I can actually say is that staying at home for three months straight without having my day to day routine has been quite difficult and draining. However, I am quite excited to have found a platform — thanks to a friend of mine who actually introduced me to this — where I can share my ideas and thoughts on issues that are significant not just to me but hopefully to you all. What I really hope from this is to also, and probably most importantly, learn more about things/topics I might know/not know followed by different ideas, thoughts and prospective.

Topics I’ll be tackling:

  • Gender & Race – specifically two different prospective of what it means to grow up as black girl in Italy and England.
  • More knowledge about the dynamics around West African history.
  • History & Politics in the 21st century.
  • Storytelling’s – what it feels like to mixed two cultures together.
  • What it means to listen, communicate and relate to others.

More About Myself:

My name is Sharon, and I am twenty years of age (btw I am a Sagittarius). I was born and raised in Italy but I am now living in London. Other than speaking Italian and English, I studied three more languages while studying in Italy: Spanish, French and Latin. Oh… and I can also speak Igbo, which is my native language followed by a little bit of Olukumi which is my second native language. From this small description you might assume that I love languages well, not entirely. I can say that I am someone who loves the historical concept behind everything that surrounds us, especially when it is related to my roots.
